SPARKLING NEW OFFICE LOCATION - Does It Really Make A Difference? YES!

Man, still cool here in Chicago - only about 62 degrees right now!  And . . . it's mid-JUNE!  Hard to believe!

Well, we did it!

Keller Williams Lincoln Square Chicago, with the World Headquarters of Dean's Team Chicago in tow, has MOVED!  Now, we're roughly 3 blocks southeast of where we used to be, at the corner of Montrose and Lincoln Avenues, where things seem to be happening in the Lincoln Square Neighborhood of Chicago.

Our exact, NEW ADDRESS - 2156 W. Montrose Avenue, Chicago IL  60618

Despite the fact we are only a few blocks away, there are a whole new group of restaurants and establishments nearby for us Real Estate Types to explore.  Some serve food - Jury's has some of the best hamburgers in Chicago!  Others - coffee and tea - Julius Meinl European Style Café - a MUST VISIT, if you never have.

Some serve more potent libations - very important these days, I would imagine, if you happen to work in the Real Estate Business.

In our office, the look is vastly more contemporary.  The office layout more efficient, yet comfortable.  The decorating - eye-appealing.  The Internet super fast (wow - T1True T1!  What a concept!).

Even the rent is better - we will be saving an average of $1,500 per month with the move!

Agents and brokers, and potential KW Newbies, are buzzing!  It's so cool!  It's so great!

It will change everything!

But, folks - will a change in locale create a positive change in business?  Will the slick new layout, more trendy location, and higher-tech amenities, create an environment so positive it will spur everyone's productivity and business?

Or, like a new car, fresh off the lot for a couple of weeks, then, just another depreciating vehicle - will the luster fade?

I tend to think the change WILL do us a world of good.  Indeed, the right environment can create a better work ethic - or, at least jump start one that's already OK.  The better flowing design - will make work easier, with fewer wasted steps.

The top-flight Internet connectivity - man, I didn't know it could be this good!

I want to come into the office again - because I am excited!

Our New Location will attract new agents.  Successful agents - attracted by our new, cutting-edge office, and top-flight location, near the heart of the North Side of Chicago.

Will this feeling last?  Can we transfer these good vibes to our staff and admins?  Our clients?  Our recruits?  Will it help our office grow, and GROW!

Or, is this feeling of newness just a novelty for the time being - not capable of bringing lasting change to morale, attitude, or business?

I vote "YES," but what say you?  Please share!

Here's a Facebook Link to a few photos of our new office!

And, of course, if you're on the North Side of Chicago anytime soon, give us a call, and stop in for a visit.

Dean's Team Chicago World Headquarters - now residing at Mezzanine Level, on the 2100 Block of West Montrose Avenue, on the North Side!

Just today I was talking to a pastor about how many people like t flock to a new built church it is amazing on the growth. I don't think they would have as many people if it wasn't for the shiny new church. Build it and they will come.

Good luck in your new office!  A good benefit of moving is cleaning up all the clutter and reorganizing.  Sounds like you are at home already.
